Mitochondria

 

Objective

To create a realistic, atmospheric rendering of mitochondria in an intracellular environment. This piece also served as an exercise in sculpting and creating jelly-like materials in Cinema4D. Once rendered, additional lighting effects and an immersive, particle-filled environment were added in Photoshop.
